I am against this part of the suggestion unless it is for only the last 30 seconds or so of the round.
I am also not too sure if I support the idea as a whole. Sometimes I find that servers that have a whole lot of features like this can become annoying and boring. If someone is purposefully delaying (e.g. hiding at the teleporters at the bottom of great river) then you are allowed to tell the enemy where they are.
