Hmm, I personally feel like this isn't necessary.

They don't have full admin perms. The main perms they may get are:
* !kick
* !mute
* !gag
* !silence
* !ban(MOST LIKELY NOT), if so, they can only ban for a certain amount of time (eg. can only ctban for 200 and ban for 60 minutes)
* !swap
* More depending on what's decided

Those are pretty much the majority of the perms server admins get. By giving these perms to any player that receives this "rank", it's pretty much contradicting the ADMIN role.

I guess from some players point of views, sometimes there are NO admins on and chaos happens.. but to be honest, with the new addition to the admin team lately, the only times there are NO admins on is when the majority of players are at school/work. I've noticed ALOT lately that the admin team on jailbreak have been really active which is awesome!

As jailbreak admins, it's our responsibility to keep a controlled environment.. by giving the responsibility to a new "rank" will (IMO) just create a state of flux.

Anyways, that's just my opinion.. I'd like to see how other admins feel about this too.

EDIT: another reason this isn't necessary is because new admins are given a TRIAL period anyways.

Maybe just !kick, !mute, !gag, !silence, !swap, !slay coz those are pretty much just enough to control it to a minimum when no admins are on.
and itll be easier to judge if someone is going to be fit for the role of admin rather than just going and basing it off someone having no experience with perms.
This way they have  experience and gives a more judgeable pathway towards the higher rank. Prince

EDIT: admins have way more perms as well: ( !cancellr, !rename, !freeze, !burn, !warn etc.)
EDIT: The admins on trial have full perms anyway dont they? This is just a completely separate rank with different abilities which makes it easier to judge based off how they handle situations, members don't have perms and they cant exactly control/handle situations, so it would be difficult to judge someone from going from NO PERMS to an ADMIN. Prince Just a more blatant way of knowing if they would fit the role.
