Okay so pros: It can help with mic spammers and people just being generally abusive but I would have to limit it to mute (10 mins tops) gag (same as mute) and a !Votekick/!Vote swap as it is given to trusted players
Cons: Very easily abused but then again it would be given to TRUSTED players
Personally I don't think we need it but it is still a pretty good idea so I'm going to stay neutral
