1. Luke a global administrator already said you were wrong.
2. I don't remember the first time.
3. This "second time" you were delaying a round (Confirmed by luke) According to the rule S8: Players must actively hunt other players at 8:00 on FREE FOR ALL DEATHMATCH DAY and HUNGER GAMES DAY. You camping the top of dam for 30 seconds is not actively hunting. i did not initially warn you i verbally said "thats techincally not actively hunting dont do it again" you then argued with me for the next 5 mins about it so i warned you for it.
4. "third time" I joined with reports that jetura was freekilling because "i killed him the round before" I asked jetura did you freekill when i wasn't on? He was in the middle of replying when you shouted over him "no he didnt dont be a fucking cunt dude." He admitted to it in which i muted you for 1. lying about a rulebreak and calling me a fucking cunt. You then proceeded to spam chat with things like: Why did you do that? Why did you fucking mute me? I told you why multiple times and you continued so i gagged you.
5. "When i warned him that i would make a abuse report he seemed to be very cocky about it as if he is the owner of the server or something." I told you to do it as you were wrong on every count. Luke also said that i was in the right and did nothing wrong
6. "He seems to have a attitude that imo does not suit a admin, he rarely helps new players or anyone for that matter. I think there should be a evaluation of his admin." Thats just blatantly wrong. You're upset because i punished you the night before and then this morning started to try get a rise out of me and cause problems because of it.

Your whole argument is essentially you just saying "luke agreed with me" Luke was not on when any of this happened and i did not even get to tell him my side of the story. You voice commed him when i was dead so i could not say anything and you only told him half the story and made yourself look good.

I was ontop of waterfall for no more then 30 seconds that is true BUT the whole time i could see both remaining players and was shooting at them and they where shooting at me as they could see me as well. The rule is that you must "hunt" The definition for hunt is search for someone or something, i did search and i found them and was actively trying to kill them, how do i hunt for something i have already found? I was NOT sitting up there waiting for them to come outside they where outside and i was shooting at them the whole time i was up there and  i never lost sight of them.

If i am asking you about why you muted how about you say something like "If you keep asking me/spamming me i will gag you". How are we meant to know you want us to stop if you don't say anything about it.

When you muted me after defending the new guy i did NOT Spam chat, i asked you maximum twice and that is hardly spam. And once again if you don't want me to ask you and you don't want to answer because you know you are wrong don't just gag me ask me to stop asking. learn to give warnings.

And could you please assist in posting the demo. You said in game that you have every demo from every time we have played and i can not seem to get access to these demos. I can assist you with the dates and times of these events. If you are innocent you should have no issues in helping get the demo out and let it speak for itself.

I would like to add how strange it is that i never have problems with any admins and that Ownaj is the only one that consistently has "issues" with me.
