Jailbreak Clouds Beta map. (Air Accel bug)

On the new beta clouds map, at random points sv_airacceleration gets set to 12 and doesn't go back. I see a lot of people fall off the map because of this, since it doesn't let you strafe properly in air.
(I don't think this map is in actual rotation, but it would be good for it to be addressed before it does enter rotation)

I also do not know the trigger for it to change.
