Baiting during LR

Eh, its a bit of an iffy situation. I've definitely had times when I'm choosing an lr and a CT will just be crouching in front of me with his back turned (purposely), that is just asking to be killed and is what i would consider a "bait". If a CT simply runs past you or something to watch what you're doing (race etc) then i wouldn't consider that a bait no. Also if a T purposely maneuvers himself to force a bait, then that's not considered baiting either (eg hiding behind a door)
