Well, it's been a long time... Can't we give him another shot? He said he's improved and regrets what he did, can't we just put him on a 1 chance only period just to see if he's changed?

We should give him another chance. He seems sincere in wanting to come back.

Releasing personal info is a very big deal which I don't think you two understand. Another thing too add is that you weren't here when this happened and I don't think you understand really anything about what he actually did. Anyone can act in an unban request like they regretted it and all that. (Not saying that you don't regret it)
