Retakes fps

I use to have this problem when i had a shitty CPU i updated my CPU further and it has completely fixed the problem. My frames where at 120 constant pace and then drop around to 50-70 when i would use my mouse but that has fixed now since my CPU upgrade and now it stays at a good 260-300 never drops look into an upgrade. If not then i don't know why you're having these drops.
