Evidence	Demo file is 21-12-2016-1932-jb_summer_jail_v1.dem The round started fine, orders were given when cells opened and orders were given to the hotcells, after some time, cells still remained unopened even after the 12:00 point, Then Two and TedTheBear begin to mass freekill every T that is running, even though it is a freeday because cells failed to open by 12:00. This is clear in the demos
