Particle Trails Bugs

There are a few bugs with the new particle trails.

1. All particle trails show up even when the person is in redie.
   
2. Some particle trails show up for people even if they haven't bought them. The ones I have seen this happen with are: Cloud (white) and Electric in the Thunder Rings/Clouds section.
   
3. People who have particle trails and then die have their particles appear on the people who they spectate. This happens with trails: Fuzzing 1 (Blue) and Red in the Vortex Rings section but not with Rainbow or Frost (White) in the same section. These are the only ones I have tested.

Thanks for the report.

1. Confirmed this bug, I believe it is fixed now.
2. Yes this is also confirmed and has been fixed (was caused when someone left the server and their 'id' wasnt reset so next person to join might have taken their same id and thus trail)
3. Okay so this one isn't confirmed (but may be fixed as a result of fixing 1 and 2). I need some more testing as I can't really determine why spectators had a trail attached.

Also Lagalot, the actual trail has nothing to do with the bugs.
So I fixed some things and put a new version of the plugin on Surf.

Could Surf admins keep and eye out and report any bugs still present, if none are found after a couple of days i'll close this.
