Gloves on Custom Player Models

Pushed a patch.

Changes:

• Gloves now invisible in third person mode on all servers except 1v1 (as 1v1 doesnt use custom models)
  
• Spectating still works
  

Downside is you can't see them in third person view which isn't too much of an issue as as they don't mesh well with many skins.
However, I am still looking for a proper fix (editing old models) but I will now close this as solved.
