LR Gun Planting Conflict

um if ts can get guns from armoury whats the point in restricting a ct giving him a gun?

rather than that, you go to the root of the question and ask why you'd give them a gun at all? I often won't go to armoury as a T when I do an LR although if a CT were to hand me a gun, especially if I lose, ofc I'm gonna use it? The point of JB is also to part roleplay so why would a guard hand a gun to a prisoner? I seriously don't understand why this is even a question when there is literally no point in doing it
