Laser bug

Another issue that i've seen and some CT's have abused is when the warden has died they still have the menu for !WT after death

The menu may stay open for 1-2 seconds after the warden dies but they can't use any of the commands or do anything (similar to how the warden claim menu stays up after somebody claims warden).

As for the laser bug, i'm not understanding whats happening exactly.
Can you explain it again like this:

1. Warden toggles laser ON
   
2. A prisoner kills warden
   
3. Warden....
   

etc.
