Laser bug

Another issue that i've seen and some CT's have abused is when the warden has died they still have the menu for !WT after death

Okay thanks to Trident with some extra information both bugs are fixed.

• Fixed the bug where submenus in !wt could be used after the warden had died
  
• Fixed the bug where ex-warden's laser would remain enabled if they died while laser was on (so they could laser in spec mode)
