Yeah me and seen both experienced it.
My guess is there 1 pixel pretty far away from the hat model (which is still a part of the hat) which is messing up the third person view.
I'll experiment with the model and try to see if this is the case.
No ETA on when though but it should be an easy fix if that is the case.
