what I would think is forum head = head administrator and forum admin = normal server admins apart from giving out warnings possibly

Neutral anyways

i don't like the idea of normal server admins getting the perms listed above because I know that some people will get power hungry with closing and deleting threads unnecessarily although I believe the head admins should at least have the 'forum admin' perms (if they don't already) and most of the perms in 'forum head'
