Lmao. Declined. Firstly, there is no way you can determine if ~~Dandy~~ (BANNED) is lag switching. High choke, ping and packet loss can all cause a
person to lag across your screen. Everyone gets lag. If you get salty cause you cant kill someone lagging. Then leave the server and come
back later.

I personally have played with dandy when he has been lagging and when he hasnt. Happens to everyone. get over yourself.
