This is the wrong section, but to answer your question you aren't able to buy VIP with keys, we use to be able to but this is no longer a feature.

Ah damn ok, do you know the current payment methods? And also do you know why this feature was removed?

Paypal is the only method, but you can link your credit card to paypal as well (mastercard, visa, etc).
Also I believe the feature was removed because I don't think there's a way to transfer cs:go items to irl money.
