See the thing about this is that the whole suggestion is based around being healed from a free wound from a CT breaking rules, players shouldn't be the ones fixing these as there are admins/report systems for a reason, also 1 or more medics on every Jailbreak map and the "Set Prisoners to 100 HP" function that the warden can use.
In a rebelling situation this would be way too OP and the medi-shot healing is already really balanced we don't need to add more healing attributes to the game as it would make it unbalanced and we'd have rebellers healing them self to 100 HP left and right.
TL;DR, we don't need more things to heal prisoners. Medishots, 100 HP Warden tool and medics on every jb map is enough.
