In a rebelling situation this would be way too OP and the medi-shot healing is already really balanced we don't need to add more healing attributes to the game as it would make it unbalanced and we'd have rebellers healing them self to 100 HP left and right.
TL;DR, we don't need more things to heal prisoners. Medishots, 100 HP Warden tool and medics on every jb map is enough.
This addon is a very effective addon as throughout the round a random life ring (like a boat Life Ring) is placed on the map in a random location unless location gets set. As you can choose the health added to the T this shouldn't make it to OP nor to Under powered. This would be effective towards rebellers because if they are running around the map and see the life ring in the location that is placed on the map then they get that little boost of say 25HP.
+1 This is a good suggestion as long as it doesn't get the ability to be to OP.
