[NEED HELP] last seen rule

Yes, do NOT say last seen, as people tend to use it as a ghost.
Example - Beax kills me at elevator, he leaves, then goes back in; "BEAX LAST SEEN ELEVATOR"

That's ghosting, do not say last seen please and thanks. I'm sure all other surf admins can confirm.

according to some players @"Lil Woah" does not warn people when they say last seen. ????
