I honestly don't like neither of these two.
Tactical nade because it is so overpowered as a T to have vision of the CT's (if we're talking about T's being able to get them)
Gun with 1 bullet because killing a warden or any CT can hugely change the dynamic of the round.
If this is being considered, I also have a suggestion.
Make it so you can only buy these things in a certain amount of time when the round starts (e.g. 15 seconds after round starts you cannot buy anything)
