I think that if you are really going to make a map, it should really be YOURS, if your map is unique looking then it will catch peoples eyes as they are playing.
To make the map visually appealing to players you could have a style like jb_clouds, clouds is in the clouds... as in the name. You should come up with a name and style that correlate well and is short and easy to say.
Rebelling is always fun for the T side and jb_obama appeals to almost every player as it nearly a tutorial map for rebelling for new people. I think there should be a place of advantage for a T that is rebelling, like the invis box in clouds or obama. There is definitely a way to make something like this without an invis box and I think that would be best as invis boxes are in almost every map and you need to make this map yours.
Of course not every map game can be new as it is hard to create new map games that people will enjoy for a long time BUT I still think you should make at least one map game that is unique to your map that people will look forward to when they are playing it. As I said you can't make every map game different to how they are in every other map and what i say to this is that you should pick what map games you think people enjoy the most and pick those to put in your map and not the ones that you feel wont be played as much.
I think the area in main cells should be very open with a unique cell style like dystopian and not box-like, like every other map. Also the rest of the map should be open as well, filling in the blanks with map games and maybe some graphics and things that make the map look good.
I would list a bunch of things for you to add but I think that is silly in the fact that you know what map games are and how enjoyable they are for people and you will choose the ones that suit your map best.
Also a couple map secrets that people can figure out with real rewards and things you can feel accomplished about and maybe those map secrets will only be known by few and when people do them they will question how to do it.
I think what you are doing is great, im a bit late to the replying but I think I have put in a valiant effort.
Thank You!
