I agree 100% with Prince (Con-karrot-ulations!)
All the perms you listed are ones that admins on smaller Invex servers or servers that don't need many commands get.
E.g. on Aim I only have all the mute/kick/ban commands and some admin panel stuff e.g. vote change map or change map, nothing more because it isn't needed. But on Surf I can toggle friendly fire, set round modifiers or start a vote.
Giving those smaller commands to people in the community I feel would be a waste - they may as well be admin (this would probably be different for JB though). And we already have trial admins for when you first get accepted, where you would hop on TS with another admin and they would tell you what to do in certain scenarios (especially JB) until you learn certain situations and what actions to take in situations.
I like the concept, but much like the Recruit rank (that we got rid of), I feel this is a bit pointless.
I would wait for some feedback from G-Admins and Staff though, Dad or Robocop may really like the idea.
