Or maybe just print out the link in chat, also to avoid spam make it have like a 3min cool down per person or something like that. Also the same thing for rules
Possible example of what we could have:

This would be so nice to get implemented because tons of new users who have never heard of the forums hop on, see the message ig and then type !rules and don't know the rules and end up breaking rules that they didn't know existed. And then they dont know that they can donate which could indirectly hurt Invex, losing possible donators.
