Yo,

I'm making this post so I can link it to people

As a reminder do not directly contact me for Invex related support in any of the following ways:

• Discord PM
  
• Discord voice chat
  
• Steam message
  
• Steam voice chat
  
• In-game admin messages
  
• In-game voice chat
  
• Snapchat
  
• Messenger
  

While its convenient for you I do not want to receive these messages, all undocumented with various issues people are having.
I will ignore you, and then block you if you continue to message me.

Please know this is not because I don't want to help you but I get really frustrated with a constant stream of support messages coming in.
Despite what lew may have you believe I'm not tech support.

If you have an issue, follow these steps in the following order:

• Make a post on the forums in the support and bug reports section (if you don't make one you will be ignored until you do).
  
• PM an admin or staff member if you have no reply for at least 72 hours
  
• If you don't have access to the forums, email: [email protected] instead
  

If you have general questions about the community or server such as ("what does jet pack do?" or "what is the veteran rank?"):

• Make a thread on the forums
  
• Ask in our Discord server
  

This is the only way I can keep some sanity and I will enforce it strictly.
