Ill Talk to Byte, We may not let you +1 or -1 an app but we may let you comment your opinion. However it is very hard sometimes as some people will bad rep someone out of spite if they dont like someone, hence us only letting admins vote.

ev0 +1 or -1 from a member is a little "stupid" I agree with that, but as I mentioned if they leave their opinion/thoughts it may be able to help admins decide. Overall admins get the final say, that is understandable, but what use would an admin be if all of the regular players dislike him/her? I just think this may help as if the community has some issues they can state what the player may be doing wrong. This will also help the player see what they are doing wrong and hopefully fix the issue.

Okay to start things off I believe senior members should comment
The senior members in future will be a larger group of very mature people
If normal members can +1 -1 they can just boost there friends
Or just try to put down someone you just do not like
If you are a member who is eager to give feedback
If the feedback is negative then an admin would most likely know about the behaviour
If they do it behind admins back then make complaints to admins so they are aware of the situation involving them

Just wanna say this now, I never ever mentioned +1 or -1? I said give their opinion, don't know why that keeps getting brought up.

I agree, a group of friends or enemies can use +1 or -1 and impact thoughts of players (why i never said it).

But when using their opinions (like i said at the start) they can talk about what they think about the player.

I agree with the ideas here. Community approval is a big part of accepting admins.

I'm going to let Invex Members comment on admin applications with their thoughts and you can -1/neutral/+1 if you wish too.
Eventually a discussion will happen for the admin app in the admin only section where admins will discuss internally and make a decision.

With this being said, any rubbish non-useful feedback will be removed.
