Admin Application for Surf Combat

Richard Cranium just use a recording software that records the screen. Record them mic spamming, right click their name and bring up their profile (while recording), then if they change their names afterwards, anyone can check recent names/profile pic. As well as link their profile with proof (recording) in a forum post and you should have no issues.

This requires a tiny amount of effort, and it should hopefully keep players at bay, and stop them mic spamming.

What moments have I had with anyone who has followed the rules? I have moments just like anyone else when rules are repeatedly broken, if there was an active admin on at these times it wouldn't escalate? 

I love how everyone's jumping in the bandwagon when the reality is that it involves those who continually and repeatedly break the rules. And yet Ingame everyone says nothing and does nothing about them. This is hardly a fair reason to -1 or be neutral, there are plenty of other things to factor into this application. I've also seen you swear and rage at the exact same people in question before muting them :/

If this were even accurate I would understand that, but all its been is half stories. I have not argued, merely defended myself when someone only tells half the truth to make me look bad. You can't expect someone to cop lies and not stand up for themselves. I give credits to those who ask nicely, I help those who are new.. The only thing that would "make me better" is if I stopped caring that people break the rules, because thats the only actual issue that has caused me to be "disrespectful", to a repeated rule breaker :/

I would +1 you but what ownaj said is right, you can stand up to yourself but not go as far as you go. Admins need to be calm and I have learnt that (im not a admin but trying to get there) and you need to respect every player and if they make a rude joke about you go along with it. I will stay neutral with this. Good luck d00d

Richard Cranium With your replies to your application you shouldn't be criticizing peoples opinions on you, take it into account and act on what people give you as feed back, think about it don't just deny it. for example with mic spammers don't just yell and become aggravated with them you should reply with something like, "thank you for your input I will try work on my anger towards that a bit more and take a different approach" this isn't a thread where people get tell you that you suck its more constructive criticism how to better yourself to fit the admin role. take this into account and re-apply in a weeks time
