WS Custom Seeds (for patterns)

So I misunderstood skin patterns.

Right now with !ws you can:

• set a skin
  
• set a skin wear level
  

If people want i'll also add the seed in so you can try and make nice patterns.
Think case hardened skin patterns, slaughter patterns etc.
Do people want this?

Before it didn't but I changed it.
The skin and wear are saved each game so they are there even if you leave and rejoin.
Had to restructure the !ws plugin a lot to make it efficient lol.
