I have a problem with cs go everytime I open it up it just stays as a black screen and I tried verifying my game cache but it didn't work can someone help me? please!

I helped Sparks with this issue.
For the record the fix was: - Replace faulty /cfg folder in CSGO steam directory. - Add -windowed to launch options, launch CSGO, then relaunch removing -windowed launch option. | |||||||||||||||
