You currently do not meet the requirements nor did you fill out the questions when making the application.
You need to be familiar with the forums as well to get admin, which you are obviously not. -1 I can also tell you what you can improve on, 1. Being active on the forums. 2. I think you need to be on more, not just on Saturday and Sunday, plus I never even see you on those days anyways. 3. You have to be mature even to people that are 12 or under, you can not be abusive even to them. 4. Read the guidelines (if any) before you make a post on any topic. 5. You need to be at least member to make an admin application, you're currently a registered user. 6. You need an admin to recommend you, not just a "bunch of kids". Hopefully this helps!
