I didn't envision myself making this application, for a long, long time, but due to the constant need of admins online and rule breakers that have emerged into the jailbreak server, i have decided to make my second admin application.
Before i start on anything at all, i want to talk about loyalty. Yes, i broke the trust of many invex members and admins several months ago, and i apologize again. Over these past few months, i feel that I've shown determination towards benefiting invex and wish to uphold that.
My name isn't Masta, however i'm going to list out a few factors as to why i believe that i am a suitable candidate:
Playtime / Activity:
After talking to multiple admins about playtime and how many hours they are able to play / how many they currently play, i've come to a conclusion that i feel as i would benefit invex, as i'm able to spend vast amounts of time on both the servers and forums, increasing the rate of the servers/forums being monitored. When i think about my "playtime" i take both the forums and the servers into account and ultimately believe that i would impact the time taken for players needing help, as admins+ can not always be of assistance.
Admin Qualities:
I consider myself to possess certain qualities that make me fit for the admin role. A small example of these qualities are:
- Understanding
- Considerate
- Friendly
- Approachable
- Leadership
Although there are many qualities that i have, i am well aware that there are some qualities that i don't have. I try my best to make up for this, by trying new methods/ways of approaching a situation or talking to people who possess the qualities.
Whilst dealing with situations i try to maintain a level head, keep calm and listen to everyone's point of view. I feel as i can be strict with multiple rules, but also enjoy to relax and not take incidents too harshly.
I treat all players on invex equally. There have been moments when i've said something as a joke or given an order to someone on jailbreak as a joke, due to me being familiar of them, never meaningful or purposely as i treat all players the same.
Experience:
I have multiple experience with being an admin from different communities. This ranges from games such as, minecraft, ark, unturned, and cs:go. Whilst being apart of the staffing tree on different games, i faced multiple issues in which i believe i have handled equally and fairly.
A factor in which i believe important, is that i'm an ex-admin of invex, and have had the time to learn the commands for an admin and how to deal out punishments fairly. I've also become familiar with multiple admins and members within invex, giving me an idea as to how players act on servers and if they are acting up.
Contributions:
I've made multiple suggestions that have been accepted, helped ban hackers and rule breakers and help players out constantly. I give new players tips and tricks when i see that they are new, and help people who have been here for a while with either rule clarifications, computer based and server based help. I've made on tutorial in which i deem to be information and helpful and i'm currently in the middle of making two more.
I've helped multiple players with abuse reports, rules, tips for suggestions and vip ideas. I believe that i can continue to contribute in multiple ways and enhance this if i was to gain the admin status.
Overall:
Overall i just want to help invex continue growing, and believe that as an admin i would be allowed to help so much more and granted a better opportunity to help. I've managed to gain friendships with multiple members of the invex community and wish to expand this. I've only ever had problems with a few members of invex and half those have been resolved.
