[JAILBREAK] Admin Abuse

I know I don't have sufficient evidence to who ever is viewing this but I am just a Casual player that just experienced their first admin abuse on the server. It's not like I video record all rounds but for any future reports on admin abuse I will take note of proper evidence and witnesses next time. For now I will explain the TRUTH and only the truth of what happened. There is no other reason why I would make these events up. I did not hate Forgotten, I didn't even know who he was untill he randomly CT banned me so obviously he has done something wrong and I feel under powered because I can't really do anything but write paragraphs when an admin bans me for their insufficient conclusions. I may not be the most respected or highly held reputation on the server but please hear me out on this.

During a Jail break game I was on CT side doing normal game rules. Keep in mind I did mot once in this session did I break a rule upheld on the CT side. On one particular round I was NOT a warden and was hunting another T (ran from cell area) on jb_clouds_final9 which has two areas. The cells area and the courts which is divided by a teleport. I then decided to come back to cell area for which the warden was having problems with rebels in the cell area. While reaching the teleport, a rebel walked through and was running towards me. Of my part I killed the rebel that was going to jump at me. At this point the warden was still alive and had active orders to get on the table at cell area. This is simply what happened. I was not waiting on the other side of the teleport for T's. I did not even know one was coming through. I was walking towards the teleport up untill a T went through and jumped out onto me.1
 
Forgotten, an admin on the servers, saw how I killed the T and accused me of telecamping because how I killed the T as he walked out while me approaching the teleport. Forgotten immediately CT banned me for 30 minutes the starting of the next round. Keep in mind this had no warning or no disclosure of my action. He did not give me any order to 'slay' which is the action CT must do when killing a T that is against SERVER rules, against WARDEN rules or killing a T without ANY rules. The entire perspective is that Forgotten saw me kill a rebelling T coming out of a teleport and CT banned me for 30 minutes. Later he then decided to draw false conclusion about me and thought I was too inadequate to being CT as a reason to my CT ban. I clock in over 880 minutes on CT side (14+ hours) which is not new, maybe new against nerds who play everyday but that's not the point. I believe I was inadequate at the clouds_final9 jailbreak map because I had no idea where the gun cell was, I never was in the gun cell even as a T in the past on the map but I am NOT inadequte at being a CT for which Forgotten said I was. I know where the gun cell is now however this is NOT a reasonable offence to CT ban me for 30 minutes. If he wanted me to get better at the map wouldn't Forgotten let me play CT side more instead of stopping me? that's just the brain function of a 14 year old kid on a game. As you can see Forgotten is simply drawing his own conclusions as an admin, taking in no consideration of any other perspective. Also Forgotten Muted me afterwards because he didn't want to hear me at all.
Forgotten is also accusing me for spraying on a bunch of T's on a freeday and which is also a false conclusion. I sprayed on a T which had an AK-47 and was drawing it out on me after killing another CT But Forgotten is recreating that scene and saying he didn't have a gun so he could use that as a reason for my ban. Following all of these events Forgotten decided to ignore my conclusions and perspectives and muted me for 30 minutes because he didn't want me talking and made the reason 'arguing to admins and abusive language'.
 
Following I then continued in chat form and then I started abusive language at him truthfully. Yes I did abuse him in chat after Banning and muting me. These conclusions decided by Forgotten was irrationally made. He simply saw me kill a T and labelled it as telecamping, did not give an slay notice, CT banned me, muted me, said that I was not adequate to be CT and made false perspectives of events during the round.
 
I think that Forgotten is not fit for having the admin responsibility. Reasons being is he jumps to quick to conclusions on his perspective and feels the need to use his admin powers because he is an admin. To end this off please ask yourself these questions. Why should Forgotten have Admin? I mean he could have donated money but just because he has played this long or paid this much does not magically make him fit for admin. Take in consideration that I am just a casual Jail break player and if a MINORITY like me can spot him out, what does that say about him? Really this report might just be over looked because of the lack of evidence I have but this is the BEST I can provide. This is the whole truth. Forgotten was abusing his admin powers. I wouldn't go out of my way if he wasn't.

To end this off please ask yourself these questions. Why should Forgotten have Admin? I mean he could have donated money but just because he has played this long or paid this much does not magically make him fit for admin.

Forgotten is admin because of his contribitions to the community and activity.
No ones chances of obtaining are admin are increased based on how much they donate.
The only exception being confusiion all the way back in 2015 where he funded 3 months of server costs on his own at a time where we were struggling to keep surf up.
No one is given admin for donating anything, we've had admins who have donated $0, $5 and $300+.
Has it ever occurred to you that the admins of the servers are those who play the most and are the most invested in the community, hence why they donate to support it?

Sorry for the first thread that had no evidence. This thread now has the map times of the game session and exactly what he did.

The "Tele Camping" scene can clearly show me trying to find a T rebel whilst glancing at the teleport so I know another rebel isn't sneaking up to me. At this point I am not standing in front of the teleport or camping it in anyway. I then decide to come back to cell area where the Warden is located. you can CLEARLY see me walking back and a rebel T jump through the teleport for which ran away. I killed him. Immediately the start of the next round I was CT banned for 30 minutes. Keep in mind I was not given any warning or notice. Forgotten did not discuss with me what I was doing. He simply saw me kill a T as he walked out and then banned me.

The "Forgotten explaining the reason" scene has Forgotten verbally talking about my ban.
He quotes "you didn't break that much rules, but you are still new to CT and you don't know what to do". There we go players, his second reason from Tele camping is that apparently I am new to CT so that counts part of the 30 minute CT ban. Check my time player, I have 880+ minutes or 14+ hours clocked in. Even if that is still fairly new I am pretty sure the logic of banning someone and saying play CT when you have more time played on CT is that of a 14 year old. 

Finally the "False Conclusion" scene is where Forgotten decides to outline a scene that never happened in the game session. Play the entire game, You will not see me spray down "a bunch of T's on freeday". This scene speaks for itself. Forgotten attempted to create another reason for my ban.

This evidence now has proof of Forgotten thinking I telecamped and CT banning me, Making additional poor reasoning to my ban and drawing a false conclusion to add to my ban. You are welcome ladies and gentlemen

Keep in mind you banned me entirely because of 'telecamping'. You trying to add the reason that apparently I sprayed at a bunch of T's is just an excuse to make my ban more reasonable. Also by you saying this it also shows that you are aware of your incompetent decision to ban me and realising that you need other excuses now to justify yourself. getting caught out here aren't you Forgotten?

Don't forgot the main reason, you banned me because you accused me of telecamping but you were wrong and the ban was admin abuse on your behalf. No other words needed.

1. I muted you for insulting me (I honestly don't give a shit if you do, that's why your mute was delayed), and other players, not because I 'didn't want you to speak'.
2. The telecamping incident part I didn't even see, I just got players in chat saying 'Fab0ss telecamped me!'. This is the only part where I'm wrong, I forgot to say 'supposedly***** telecamped', my bad, doesn't mean it's abuse however.
3. I rebelled and made it a free day by opening cells, you proceeded to give orders like it was a normal day when it wasn't, then you started shooting at non-rebelling T's, this gave me a justified reason to ban you, only for a short time however.

I'll look more into this later, as of now all I can say is, you continue to say I don't deserve admin when you're told to stop, and you're making an abuse report on a really short ban...

Lets just say I did accidentally  'spray on a bunch of T's on a freeday' did you give me any slay notice at all? I would have accepted my slay notice if you made it clear on what I did. But what did you do? nothing because I didn't spray on a bunch of T's. So you are still in the wrong here, you didn't give me a warning or even talk to me about any action. Instead you resolve by CT banning from Telecamping (which has been proven false conclusion) and that now you are still trying to justify yourself. 
Honestly I don't even care about the mute, its just you decided to ignore me and continue with the CT ban. You don't deserve admin. Big words, definitely not for me to decide, only by head admins but In my opinion you don't deserve admin if you treat other casual players like this. This is admin abuse because I feel abused in this situation, I feel underpowered to your short sided opinion. I attempted to constantly explain my innocent side and you DECIDED to ignore me. I will just wait to see the head admins reply for now. 
The evidence is clear that you abused your power on me and that you made a false conclusion of me telecamping. I have the demo downloaded and EVERYONE can see what I clearly was doing. Simple as that you had no reason to use your power on me and definitely didn't want a reason from me to remove the 30 minute CT ban.

Again, my mistake you "supposedly" telecamped I didn't see it, all I saw was complaints about you telecamping and then I came to the conclusion to ban you for your previous action as you should've been banned anyways because you don't even know that you can't give orders when it's a freeday, you can't just say "button freeze face your feet" and expect people to do it, because they don't have to.

Even if you think the ban is unjustified, it's not intentional abuse I gave you a very short ban because you honestly looked like you didn't know what you were doing.

I replayed the demo, no where in the chat did anyone mention "Fab0ss telecamped me!". It was an immediate CT Ban with no arguing or discussing of the telecamp. You merely spectated me when I killed the T coming out of the teleport. Go here: https://www.invexgaming.com.au/ctbans.php - Look at the last row which is titled "Reason" and you will see over 10 reasons stating "Inexperienced", which is what you were last night, shooting at non-rebelling T's when it was a freeday, ok?? I've wrote it 3+ times and I'm not writing again, you're someone who is making a fuss over a 14 year old when in fact you're someone older than me making an essay on a 30 minute ban in an online game (which was justified).

If you're saying that giving someone a ban for being inexperienced is wrong, then you're saying all of the previous, and current Jailbreak administrators are doing their job wrong. As everyone of them have surely made a ban on someone for being inexperienced.

Now please for the sake of me and the people reading this, stop bickering about a 30 minute ban that I've explained over 3 times, it's come to the point you're trying to provoke me to make an insulting reply by saying I shouldn't have admin, telling me that I'm a faggot, 14 year old kid who steals his mum's credit card to buy an online rank purely to have power.

I'd suggest you stop.
