I don't know if there already is a bug report about this but sometimes 1 player can't be targeted using admin commands but can be by using !admin. Vex can confirm

It's to do with there name most of the time, the game can't pick up names like that. E.g mr krabs' weird name.

An easy way around this is by typing smac_status into console and using the number associated with their name should show up like #22 "Crona" then you can use !ban #22 1440 "Needs to learn admin commands"

What command is this relating to? (example: sm_slap, sm_ban, sm_sm) Every command is different. The admin menu and direct command usage can be run as different users. So its possible the admin menu uses your perms which takes into consideration your immunity while the direct command is run as the server (and can target everyone). Or vise versa. So i'll need the relevant command to investigate.

PoosKi care to explain?
I don't know the specifics, he just said he couldn't mute seen because it said he was already muted (according to PoosKi), I checked if he was and he wasn't, I tried muting him myself and it worked, I unmuted him then PoosKi muted him just fine afterwards. PoosKi will have to explain more.
