Already been suggested, pretty sure it isn't possible as it is client sided.
EDIT: found the thread https://www.invexgaming.com.au/showthrea...ife+sounds Also just change around volume/voice scale eg volume 0.1 voice_scale 2 obviously not these exact numbers but you get the point.
