COMBAT SURF - Redie + Zeus

I found a bug on combat surf to do with zeus and redie.

If you go into redie and press 3, you will have your zeus. You cannot shoot it (even if you don't get a zeus, the bug will still happen). This isn't the real problem though.

If the round ends and you are still in redie, next round you will not have a knife, only a zeus and whichever weapons you would spawn with on that map (eg utopia you get primary and secondary, ski you get secondary only).

To make the knife reappear, you must select a knife in rk that you do not currently have equipped and then re-equip the knife you lost if you want it back.

Fixed this. Taser works differently now.
Basically ALL players can type !taser to get a taser. It has a 30 second cool down so can't be spammed.
