This is the wrong section, but to answer your question you aren't able to buy VIP with keys, we use to be able to but this is no longer a feature.

Paypal is the only method, but you can link your credit card to paypal as well (mastercard, visa, etc). Also I believe the feature was removed because I don't think there's a way to transfer cs:go items to irl money.
