The download/precache plugin we have is messing up and failing to precache some files.
Namely, the particle trail files recently added to Surf.

A fix is being tested right now.
Masta as this is affecting you, can you now try to join Combat Surf and see if all of the 'Particle Trails' are working?

This bug is probably the worst so far..

Considering some times when I change maps it adds an extra 20 or depends..
