This isn't the same admin application seen in my previous attempt, read it all!
Why I should become admin:
I think that I should become part of the administration team because I am reliable, sensible and trustworthy; all qualities that other great admins show. Apart from a few breaks I have taken since my joining in late 2015, I have been consistently active. I have always tried to be mature and sensible earning no warnings, mutes, bans or kicks (on combat surf). I have also been a very useful source of information on the forums, posting many guides and tutorials, being the first to actually receive the tutorial award. I learn from my mistakes and take into account what I have done wrong. Being annoying is a criticism I used to get and I learned to stop by reducing my mic usage and generally being more polite around others. I may only be thirteen but I can show the maturity to be a great admin, thanks Masta.
Why I am re-applying:
I have decided to reapply because of one main reason, I have fixed all of the problems with my last admin application, I have taken into consideration the points made by people in the reply section of my first and second admin application and changed the way I act accordingly. I believe that if I don't request +1's or advertise in any way for my admin application I have high chance of actually achieving admin.
Communication:
I am very vocal in my communication, some people might say it is mic spamming but I don't think it is, I do like to crack jokes (most aren't funny) though I am learning how to talk a bit less, even though some don't like it I do think that talking, a lot of the time, can be a good thing. I also communicate through the chat being able to type (at least a bit) while surfing, though of course as an admin I will be dedicated, thus stopping and typing a larger message or an admin command will not be a problem.
Assuming I am admin:
It is surprising the number of players who already assume I am admin, I think that they think that I am admin due to the sheer amount of time I have spent on invex in the last month or so. Believe me when I say I am always on team speak or the combat surf server and I think it makes sense to harness that activity and allow me to moderate creating a better experience on invex.
Warnings:
If I do get admin I will be very generous in my warning, I will always give out a warning before giving any punishment, I think that most will stop if you just let them know that what ever they are doing wrong is actually against the rules. Take for instance a tele camper sitting in CT on dust 2 waiting for the enemy to arrive, instead of just slaying him out right I will let him know through the chat and the mic that what he is doing is wrong, if he doesn't move after ten seconds I will give him an actual warning and if after another ten seconds he doesn't move I will continue to slay him.
Getting Top 10:
I'm not going to lie, i'm actually pretty bad at combat surf though I was able to get top 10. I didn't get top 10 through my expertise but rather my time spent playing on this server. I spent days trying to get my points as high as I could and it payed off, but at the expense of my holidays. Even though I wasted a lot of time this June I intend to continue this in July and if I do become admin that is just a whole lot more time I am spending on the servers teaching concepts, moderating mics and generally helping out making invex gaming a much better place.
My Mistakes:
I have decided to be totally transparent in this admin application, letting you know about my highlights and my low lights in this community. I have made quite a few mistakes: I was "toxic" on 1v1 a few months ago and earned my self a mute, I think that this mute was definitely needed as I was getting "salty" and swore at almost every body, on JB when it first came out I was short sited and didn't read the rules earning my self a slay for camping health room, and on the forums a few weeks ago (before the rule was implemented) I commented on an abuse report aimed at Ownaj without having anything to confirm or deny. I hope that these mistakes can be looked over because I believe I have learnt from them and I will never take part in such behavior.
Getting Angry:
I also do get mad on occasion though I try very hard not to stream my anger through my microphone and rather just yell at a wall, to note I only get angry when I am trying to get top 10 or stay at a certain position but as admin I don't think I will be concerned with such things and instead be more interested in moderating the server.
Recording POV's:
As a trial and regular admin I will always try and record my point of view with OBS so that I can give evidence on abuse reports (until demo's are implemented into combat surf). This will help clear up incidences where I or some other player were in the wrong. As a trial admin I will also record all of my time on combat surf and ask other admins for feedback on my decisions as a kind of peer review (if the admins / staff) are into that.
Points of improvement:
Below are the points made by Byte when rejecting my admin application, below I have outlined how I have improved and will improve during the duration of this application:
- Asking people to +1 your app wasn't really liked by many, they would much rather people post to +1 you because they feel like you would make a good admin.
I will definitely not ask for +1's during this admin application because it is immature, impatient, selfish and questions the legitimacy of my other +1's.
- Too many posts about your app in shoutbox/steam/ingame or other places.
I will not advertise for my admin application in steam, the shoutbox, the forums or in game. I now believe that it is just annoying and is again quite immature.
- You sometimes still break rules and thus may not be able to enforce them well.
I understand that in the past I have been a little cheeky, breaking the rules infrequently but now I have totally eradicated this. I haven't in the past two weeks broken any rules what so ever and I do not intend to in the future.
- You do handle criticism which is a good point!

- Your playtime may be a little low but its not a major issue.
As can be seen in a post by bot invex the ply time has only been counted since the end of march 2016 which was when I took a prolonged break from invex gaming. But I estimate that I instead have around 200 hours, not the 100 outlined by the play time plugin.
Other notes:
- It has been exactly two weeks since my second admin application.
- I have been a part of Invex gaming for over eight months.
- I have over 200+ posts on the forums.
- I have over 40+ threads on the forums (mostly guides).
- I predict I have over 200 hours of play time because most of my play time was before the play time plugin was introduced on the 24th of the 4th 2016.
- Byte gave a +1 on my first admin application.
- Between December of 2015 and April of 2016 I was extremely active on the servers and forums.
- Recently I have been exceedingly active, clocking in over 4000 minutes in one month!
- According to Riggsy and Bumble Munch I am quote “a very polite member “and a “pretty responsible and mature person”.
- I have meet all of the staff, G-Admins and surf admins in game.
- I am alright at Combat surf earning 1st place at the start of March quickly losing it to Tick or Sir Lagalot.
- I am very active in the shout box these days.
- At the time of writing this I am currently have 1664 points ranked with a position of 2.

Contributions:
- I suggested to change Surf Combat to Combat Surf (which was implemented).
- I notified Byte of the weird 1 video limit on threads and posts (which was changed to 15 I believe).

- I have suggested the inclusion of your “store name tag” whilst speaking.

What I can help out with as admin:
- Moderating 4-6 pm on weekdays, a very popular time with not as many admins as would be expected.
- Moderating the 6-10 am traffic on weekends and almost all other times.
- Designing and implementing new plugins (when I learn how to).
- I will warn, mute or kick players who are being racists, sexists e.c.t. (I can understand if it's a joke).
- Go onto spectator for a good half hour just to see that nobody is breaking any rules (tele camping, jail camping, e.c.t.).
- Help out newer players.
- Help out with bug testing and the implementation of plugins.
- I will try and always be on hand if there is a problem with the server. Examples include: Toxic players and mic spammers.

In conclusion, I believe I am fit for admin because of my maturity, polite nature and my helpful attitude towards all players. I have reported many bugs, I have suggested many ideas and I have created many tutorials across a variety of platforms to help players in all skill groups. I have fixed all of the problems outlined in my last and initial admin applications so that I will become a better admin or player. Even if I don't achieve admin this application I will continue to try, always taking feedback and fixing what has to be fixed, thanks Masta.

General information:
This is my second application, I am generally on Jailbreak and sometimes play the 1v1/Surf servers.
I have 8000 minutes on jailbreak which translates to around 130 hours played on the server.
I have loved the invex community and have wanted to be an administrator for the jailbreak server, Here's a little bit about me

I generally play around 8-2 at night and try to be on earlier if I can

Why?
I would like the opportunity to become a staff member as I would benefit invex for a few reasons;
1. I have been in the community for a while and I feel as if I know and get along with everyone on JB.
2. I am on a lot when there are no staff members on JB and there are rule breakers (Too many to make reports for) and it would be good for me to be able to control at those times.
3. I have dedication to the server and will be on when someone calls/needs assistance.
4. I have read over the rules a couple of times and have displayed great knowledge of these rules on the server.
5. I think overall I would be a fun admin with good enforcement of the rules

Krispz has been abussive to alot of the members on jailbreak on the date of 3/07/2016 and he has been doing for a couple of hours he would join ct and open up cells without orders to give a freeday even when he is not ct he would abuse sto and rooster as u can see in the picture and he would constantly free kill and free wound for no reason
