I changed it so Tactical Grenades no longer collide with players.
Now they only 'lock' and detonate upon hitting walls.
This has fixed CT's using it on stacked T's which used to cause the sound glitch/frozen tact nade.
It also seems to have fixed the issue where the nade thrown on a cell door which then opens (before denotation) caused glitches, however not 100% on that being fixed as I didn't test it too much. If that still happens, feel free to make a new bug report.
