Jailbreak LR!

The last request plugin we are using is very basic/standard plugin.

I have plans to completely rewrite it using a bunch of features from the eventmod plugin on surf.
This will also let me port over a lot of new LR's (nade only, noscope, random pistol hs only, lifedrain, invisible fight, etc).

Eventmod also has a weapon store which can save then give you back weapons which I could use for T's and CT's after each LR.
Could also do the same thing with HP/Armour.

But yeah that would take some time so its not going to be added for some time.
