I just wanted to say sorry to rusty lad and take back all the shit i started as he's not that bad of a kid if you don't provoke him and stuff. In the past i have been a toxic squeaker, i have gotten over this phase and equate more to banter What i am mostly sorry for is starting the 'bullying' of rustylad (it is in quotations because he did get bullied and abused but by some it was only one time from one kid but it was a fuck ton of kids so it was overwhelming) Me and a couple others had started this wheelchair warrior shit, as a comeback for him saying that he would gutter stomp us and other shit like that. This had gone out of control and i just want to say my apologies

Brief Intro
Hey, my name is Daniel. I am a Jailbreak veteran, having played on and off on different servers for about 2.5 years now. When I found Invex, among all the weaponised autism, there was character. A community that I wanted to be a part of. To see the banter players had and the way they came together to spam the chat when someones mom said that dinner was ready (Tobs). Underneath all of this, I decided i would be an active part of this community and pledge the following:

About Me
I'm a 16 y/o Aussie student (currently living in QLD). I have a job and play multiple sports. Mainly I've played sports in the 3rds division* for fun but have also won a grand final in my local soccer club. I'm currently using a potato Asus laptop barely capable of running MS Paint (R.I.P). Currently I am studying OP (QLD's Atar) aiming for a 2. I can play the guitar, harmonica and some piano and aspire to someday own a pet duck named Larry. Larry, you're my best future friend and I am hopeful of our fated meeting. If you have any advice on keeping a duck (any laws regarding keeping/what to feed/how to care for a duck). *Thirds is a school team. From highest to lowest the following are the divisions of senior school sport: Firsts, Seconds, Thirds. The thirds is a bit of a goof. People mainly join it just to fuck around with their mates and not want to get competitive with the sport. Its also a way to play a new sport and enjoy it. For instance, I was part of the thirds cricket team and cricket is aids, but having goofs, gafs and occasional romps with the boys is fun. I dont like cricket, but when you get time off school to fuck around with the boys who would decline that?
My Goals/Achievements
This area can be broken down into two main sections; jailbreak goals and real life goals. Jailbreak goals referring to goals achievable in-game and real life goals referring to goals which pertain to the real world. This goals/achievements section will be updated regularly (jailbreak goals can be found here and other goals found here). I wish to (eventually) have all my goals achieved, at which point I am sure to create more.
So I'm making this unban appeal on behalf of rustylad. Earlier today I made an abuse report on rustylad for evading a ban. I obviously did not do enough research in this ban as I believe that the supposed "smurf" rustylad got banned on the 1v1 server was actually somebody else impersonating rustylad. After rustylad got banned he msged me on steam saying that he had been framed and that it was not him who had hacked on the account that got banned off the 1v1 server. He asked me to look into this matter so I did. So to start off I went onto the profile that got banned off of the 1v1 server (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198383415738/). I went to check his past names and found a list of them which consisted of RustyLad (SMURF), RustyLad IM AFK, RustyLad, RustyFag, NeoV2, The Wheel chair worrier, RustyLad IS A FAT WHEELCHAIR, RustyLad IS A FAT WHEELCHAIR FAG, and Jack. This was my first indication that this was not rustylad as in an incident that happened awhile ago RustyLad was constantly bullied on the server being called a wheelchair warrior and this bothered him alot, I dont believe that the real rustylad would change his name to such things as this as he hated constantly being called a wheelchair warrior on the servers. I remember seeing somebody on the combat surf server awhile ago and before impersonating rustylad I believe that he also impersonated another player called Phil Mi Cavity, and in his previous names you can see he also kinda impersonated Neo.
So I was told by collector and Naryas that rustylad had been banned on a smurf account on 1v1 for hacking, and that he had been playing on surf just before i connected and disconnected as soon as I joined. So I checked sourcebans and found out that he had indeed been permanently banned on 1v1 for hacking.

Suggestions (all posts must be directly related to the suggestion/offering feedback/etc)
Support and Bug Reports (support replies must be trying to help resolve the players issues/bug reports should contain new information on the bug (NO OPINIONS ARE NEEDED))
Jailbreak POTM (all posts during nomination stage must be valid nominations)
All Tribunal Sections (Jailbreak CT Unbans, Unban Request and Abuse Reports)
Any other official threads which state 'No irrelevant posts' in the first post
For all other sections on the forums, you have more freedom to reply with what you want.
For the above sections, we need things to be clutter free so we can actually work through issues without having to sift through 20+ junk posts.
