Ever need a ADMIN for a issue but there is currently no admin on the server ?? who knows they could be on TS3 .. ON steam.. or heck they could have this handy CALL ADMIN client installed and running on there PC ... Here is a run down (Copy+paste).
Call Admin allow players on your server to call for an admin to report cheaters / hackers / rule breakers.
For best performances we use a modul-based system.

Added priority speaker toggle for warden. Priority speaker is now disabled by default and resets to disabled after each round. Warden can toggle it on if they need it.
